With the new remote debugging feature of XAML Spy included in this September 2012 Update you can! Remote debugging enables a number of exciting scenarios. Learn more about how to configure and spy on remote XAML applications in the online documentation.

The September 2012 Update also includes a new add application wizard, which makes spying a XAML application super easy. With a few mouse clicks your application is up and running and spyable in XAML Spy. The add application wizard is launched by selecting the add application command in the application managers.
